Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable sales growth across the U.S. market by developing and executing strategies aligned with the company's strategic and annual business objectives.
  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for the business unit's financial performance, including ownership of the P&L and optimization of business results.
  • Lead the Regional Management Team in developing and executing short-, mid-, and long-term business plans that support sustainable growth.
  • Serve as the senior representative of the business unit, building strong relationships with customers, employees, communities, and executive leadership.
  • Direct and develop the performance of outside sales, inside sales, marketing, customer service, and seal repair teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales, product, pricing, and marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners to maximize market share and competitive advantage.
  • Monitor market trends, customer satisfaction, and business performance to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead talent development and organizational effectiveness through succession planning, performance management, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibilities within an industrial manufacturing or service environment.
  • Five to seven years of experience leading and developing teams, with demonstrated success managing high-performing organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability through P&L ownership.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, market initiatives, and growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, extensive sales management experience in sealing and rotating equipment markets, established industry relationships, and willingness to travel extensively as required.
