Position: Senior Sales Agent (ACA & U65)

As a Senior Sales Agent, you will assist individuals in navigating both ACA/Marketplace and U65 health insurance options, providing expertise on compliant plans, guiding clients through enrollment, and upselling ancillary products where appropriate.

The Opportunity- You will be the main point of contact for customers looking to enroll in an ACA/Marketplace plan or a U65 plan, creating effective sales presentations of available products based on individual needs and budget.
- You will be the subject matter expert in our products and policies across both ACA and U65 lines, and be able to simplify the process for customers to understand.
- You will upsell ancillary products (e.g. dental and vision) where relevant.
- You will be the main point of contact to complete enrollments, collecting confidential personal information to transfer an e-application to our verification department for submission, recording, and approval.
- You will be responsible for determining if the customer is the right fit for our products, and where they are not, transferring them appropriately (including warm transfers to partners in our lead distribution network).
What you bring to the table- You have demonstrated experience in the Insurance sales industry, including full releases and selling supplements.
- You must have an active 215 license OR a 214 license and 240 license (with all carrier releases from previous employment)
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- You are a detail oriented person with strong active listening skills.
- You have exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities (there are many different sources for our leads that must be handled in a unique and specific way)
- You thrive in sales and .
- You will have to be able to think on your feet and take direction very well. This is a fast-paced sales position.
- You are highly motivated in your own success - we provide you with the tools, but it is ultimately up to you to use them.
- You keep up to date with best sales practices and can contribute to our high-energy sales discussion board where everyone must participate throughout the day, as well as daily company-wide meetings on Google Meets.
- You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- A willingness to accept constructive feedback/criticism.
- Must be punctual and a team player.
- You must have fast internet, a good computer, a great headset, and a webcam/smartphone to partake in daily company meetings.
Location & HoursThis is an on-site position (Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33334)
Please keep in mind, our team works overtime for Open Enrollment.
Hours of operation:
- 9AM-7PM EST Monday-Thursday
- 9AM-5PM EST Friday
- 11AM-5PM EST on select Saturdays
You must attend morning meetings at 8:40/8:45am before the shift starts at 9am EST (days TBD by department).
OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD - We have extreme seasonality during our OEP. This is the time of year when the entire country is looking for health insurance. It runs from ~Nov 1 - Dec 15. We will be working long hours, are compensated well, and make a lot of sales in the process.
CompensationThe pay structure is Commission Only. Our Senior Sales Agents on average are making up to $2,000 per week, plus bonuses and spiffs, outside of Open Enrollment.
