The Next Step in Your Career

We're on the lookout for a Senior Sales & Account Executive to join our downtown Vancouver team on a hybrid (1 day work from home) basis.

If you've got experience in SDR, B2B sales, SaaS, or recruitment, and you're ready for a role where you own the client relationship end-to-end, this is your next step.

In this role, you'll connect with HR leaders and recruitment decision-makers (from scaling startups to enterprise clients), and introduce them to our full suite of recruitment software and services.

You'll be backed by a team of recruitment specialists who deliver what you sell, ensuring clients see real, lasting value.

Some key accountabilities will be:

  • Engaging new prospects daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn (targeting 50+ outbound touches/day)
  • Running discovery calls to understand recruitment challenges and goals
  • Leading tailored demos of our recruitment software and services
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from pricing and objection handling to close
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and long-term account manager for clients
  • Collaborating closely with our in-house specialists to deliver campaigns and service outcomes


As the Senior Sales & Account Executive, you'll also act as the primary account manager, supported by a team of recruitment specialists to execute the strategies you sell.

About You

To qualify, you'll have proven, successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). Experience selling in the US market is a plus!
