This is a hybrid role based at our Broadway office in NYC.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain end-to-end revenue reporting and forecasting, including bottoms-up pipeline and capacity models
  • Administer and continuously improve our GTM tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, and adjacent tools)
  • Maintain KPIs and dashboards that support leadership decisions and day-to-day frontline accountability
  • Support Finance and Revenue leadership on quota-setting, compensation administration, and territory execution
  • Improve lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and funnel visibility across the Revenue org
  • Run deal desk reviews within the constraints set by Finance and the CEO
  • Partner with Success and Marketing on dashboards, hand-off processes, and systems/ROI reporting
  • Identify operational gaps and drive fixes that remove friction for reps and managers
What We're Looking For
  • 5 years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, ideally at a fast-growing startup
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tech systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • A track record of building or significantly improving reporting, dashboards, or operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working in spreadsheets/SQL and translating data into clear recommendations
  • Good cross-functional collaborator who can work with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving work without heavy oversight
Nice to Haves
  • Experience supporting comp plan or territory model administration
  • Exposure to Medicare or other regulated industries
  • Experience supporting both field and inside sales orgs
