Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition and reporting in a complex, high-volume semiconductor environment. This position ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives scalable processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Accounting, Closing & Reporting
  • Lead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606
  • Analyze complex arrangements including multi-element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable consideration
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics
  • Partner with FP&A and Sales Operations for reporting, forecasting and business insights
  • Provide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investors


Process Improvement & Systems:
  • Drive automation and ERP enhancements
  • Champion data integrity, analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to handle high-volume, high-complexity semiconductor transactions.


Audit & Controls:
  • Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue matters
  • Ensure readiness for SEC reporting requirements, including disclosures.
  • Ensure SOX compliance within the order-to-cash process


Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organization
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
