Job Summary:

7-Eleven is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Revenue Management Analyst to drive enterprise-level SRM initiatives using advanced analytics tools. This role is critical in shaping and leading strategies that maximize profitability, enhance competitive positioning, and deliver value across our vast retail network.

The SRM team’s mission is to drive world-class revenue management practices through the organization. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Merchandise to drive change and growth through a balanced approach of promotions and price/offer pack architecture (PPA).

As an SRM Analyst, you will be a critical partner in guiding the development, execution, and enablement of both foundational and industry-leading data, tools, reports, models, and processes that support our growth objectives

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

You will be at the forefront of strategically developing and advancing our tools and technologies to support the SRM mission. These responsibilities include:

 • Listen to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback cohesively into recommendations

 • Responsible for facilitating discovery and design sprints to gain end user perspective and feedback

 • Responsible for making final decisions on what goes into the product and prioritizing in what order

 • Bring the product to life from end-to-end, with full support and enable for end users

 • Accountable for ensuring the recommendations are accurate and reliable

 • Responsible for exciting end users, and engendering their confidence in you as a trusted partner

In this role you will be expected to:

 • Support SRM Analytics in largest revenue driving & complex categories with the business stakeholders

 •  Leads strategic communications across Merch/Marketing/Support on assigned categories

 •  Turn tools and data into actionable stories our teams can make decisions with. This is a critical skillset we’ll both develop in you and expect you to master in this role

 • Have deep understanding of the business drivers & KPIs, and how the SRM levers directly or indirectly impacts them

 • Provide holistic, end-to-end view of the challenges and opportunities to implement and improve SRM capabilities across divisions

 • Be an analytical thought partner who can determine which data is relevant to create actionable and measurable insights

 • Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of the initiatives

 • Be ready to adapt as the role develops. Your responsibilities will evolve in tandem with our mission and objectives, and you'll need to stay abreast of new developments in the field and pivot our strategies as necessary

Education and Experince:

Education: Bachelors /4 Yr Degree

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years

Years of Management Experince: NA

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BI/visualization software, i.e., Power BI

  • Experience working with Price/Promo AI solutions.

  • Experience working with external syndicated sales, consumer data, and internal financial data

 • A proficient understanding of data architecture, data lake and cloud systems, and data management structures

 • A high-level understanding of modeling concepts, techniques, and methods (elasticity, clustering, etc)

 • Retail, consumer goods, or convenience industry experience strongly preferred.

 • Strong track record in analytic acumen is key with understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution

Skills

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and assist in decision-making through data storytelling

  • Effective written and verbal communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders

 • Ability to embrace and lead Change Management in complex business environment

 • Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy

 • Results-focused with the ability to take initiative and ownership
