Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA preferred
• Minimum of eight years of experience in accounting/finance, particularly in financial analysis or revenue cycle management
• Significant experience with data warehouses, BI tools, SQL server, ERP, and analysis services
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable management
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle organizations and billing systems strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Revenue Financial Analysts and Revenue Financial Analysts
• Maintain contractual and bad debt rates for assigned payers, including forecasting changes and variance resolution
• Extract and analyze large volumes of revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
• Analyze and synthesize complex information to identify key issues and drive resolution on strategic initiatives
• Lead revenue cycle optimization projects, managing data collection, analysis, and strategy implementation
• Identify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle process and propose solutions to minimize revenue leakage
