What will you do?

A day in the life of aSenior Retail Operations Finance Analyst involves supporting retail performance through financial planning, analysis, and operational insight across a multiunit retail environment.

This role supports retail operations across the broader VF brand portfolio, including brands such as Vans, The North Face, and Timberland. The Senior Retail Operations Finance Analyst partners closely with Retail Operations leadership, Field teams, and Finance partners to support labor planning, sales targets, expense management, and performance reporting. The role supports Retail leadership in owning channellevel decisions, tradeoffs, and execution by providing clear financial insights aligned to retail priorities.

You will support the execution of retail strategy through deepdive analysis, interpretation, and communication of results, including the creation of executiveready presentations to share insights and recommendations.

This role reports to theRetail Labor and Expense Senior Managerand works closely with Retail Operations leadership.

  • Work as part of the broader Retail Operations team to support store performance and employee experience through highquality, accurate financial analysis.
  • Partner with Retail Operations leadership and Finance to support thedevelopment and management of labor models.
  • Allocatesales and labor targetsto stores and provide weekly and monthly reporting on performance and spend.
  • Partner with field leadership to help ensure financial commitments and targets are met.
  • Analyze and administerDistrict and Store Manager incentive, bonus, and contest programs.
  • Conductscheduling, labor, and KPI analysisusing retail systems and reporting tools (e.g., StoreForce, SMG).
  • Deliver deepdive analyses in support of retail strategy, performance interventions, and operational decisions.
  • Create clear, executiveready presentations inPowerPointto communicate insights and performance narratives.
  • Serve as asubject matter expert in Excel, with strong proficiency in Power BI and retail performance tools.
  • Apply consistent financial and operational standards while adapting analysis to different brand strategies, calendars, and operating contexts across the retail portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decisionmaking effectiveness.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Retail environment experience.
  • Experience withStoreForceor similar retail labor / performance platforms.
  • Knowledge ofSMG, Concur, and Coupa.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience supporting retail incentives, labor optimization, or expense planning at scale.

Hiring Range:

$83,808.00 USD - $104,760.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
