Senior Retail Manager- Argent Credit Union Job DescriptionArgent Credit Union's Senior Retail Manager provides strategic leadership across an assigned group of branches, leading and developing the Branch Managers who run daily operations. The role is based in Retail, reports to the Vice President of Retail, and requires regular travel between branch locations.
Multi-branch leadership and strategy: The manager coaches and develops Branch Managers and directs the rollout of organizational strategies across multiple branches. The role partners with the Vice President of Retail on staffing, market expansion and development initiatives. It also analyzes branch activity reports to recommend improvements in growth and efficiency, and makes sure compliance, audit and security controls are followed at all assigned locations.
Performance and service management: Responsibilities include conducting quarterly and annual evaluations of Branch Managers and recommending improvement, recognition or promotion. The manager oversees performance evaluations, corrective action and coaching for branch teams. The role also partners with Member Experience and Training to strengthen product knowledge across the Retail platform and personally resolves escalated or complex member and team issues. When there are vacancies, leave or turnover, the manager provides hands-on branch coverage.

Qualifications and employment terms: Candidates need seven years of branch operations and member experience and at least five years of branch management experience. Experience leading other managers or multiple units is preferred. The role involves typical indoor office work across multiple branches, regular driving between locations, and handling light to medium weights of 1 to 25 pounds.
