Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Residential Project Manager. And we mean senior. This is a serious role for someone who has proven they can carry one.

You'll be the main point of contact and coordinator for high-end residential landscape construction projects-from initial client consultations through construction to the final walkthrough.

At any given time, that will mean managing 7-10 projects in different stages, including keystone projects with significant budgets and timelines. Your job is to keep the project moving, the client informed, the crew aligned, and the standards high.

The person we're looking for has 10+ years of experience building and managing mid- to large-size residential landscape projects.

In that time you've fully developed the skills that we need this person to have.

  • You're great with people. You communicate clearly and stay calm under a lot of pressure. Clients like you because you're genuine and honest.
  • You're knowledgeable. You always know how to answer questions that come up. And you're not afraid to lead clients or the team toward the right answer-for the project, the budget, the property-even if it's something that not everybody wants to hear.
  • You think quickly on your feet. You know your stuff but more than that, you are organized. No one has ever seen you not prepared.
  • You understand construction, not just landscaping. This is a big one for us. Landscaping projects impact homes, properties, and neighbours. You get that, and you naturally factor those details into planning and problem solving.
  • You're obsessed with details. Clients appreciate your "overcommunication." Crews know that if something only looks ok, you'll catch it. Everytime.
  • You have no problem juggling a lot of work at once. You're fine juggling fifty things at once and you don't blink when asked to shuffle your schedule to make something work for a client.
  • You know how to keep work moving. When a larger project has to pause for subtrades, sequencing, or site conditions, you're not scrambling. You've already got a smaller detailed project, warranty item, or past-client job ready to go so the team can stay productive.

If that's you, you're probably excited to read this posting and we want to meet you.

We know the level of person we're asking for, and the role will reflect that.
  • Salary range: $100,000-$150,000
  • High-end company vehicle
  • RRSP matching
  • Spending account
  • Vacation and additional perks to be discussed with the right individual

In short, we're looking for someone who gets it.
