Job Title: Senior Landscape Project Manager
Focus: Commercial Landscape Construction
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits
What You'll Be Responsible ForProject Leadership- Manage commercial landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee 10-30 concurrent projects totaling up to $10M in active work
- Lead and mentor 4-5 Superintendents and multiple field crews
Client & GC Relationships- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial General Contractors
- Manage expectations, project communication, and change order negotiations
- Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and estimators
Construction Management- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation
- Interact with client systems including Procore
- Manage project schedules using Monday.com and Asset
Financial Management- Own budgets, forecasting, job costing, and margin protection
- Manage material procurement and subcontractor contracts
- Ensure timely change order management
Field Coordination- Conduct job meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate complex installations such as:
- Hardscape systems (pavers, concrete, custom millwork, fencing)
- Planting, grading, drainage, and irrigation
- Rooftop landscapes and structural green roof systems
Operational Leadership- Lead teams with a bias for action and accountability
- Help improve systems and processes as the company continues to grow
What You'll Need to Be Successful- 7+ years of commercial landscape construction project management experience
- Experience managing projects valued at $1M+
- Background working directly with commercial General Contractors as a subcontractor
- Strong understanding of:
- Hardscape installation
- Planting and irrigation systems
- Grading and drainage
- Rooftop and structural landscape projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and large subcontractor networks
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Strong client communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Monday.com, Asset, or similar PM software
- Comfortable working with Procore when required by clients
Preferred Qualifications- Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Experience with green roofs, waterproofing coordination, and structural landscape systems
- Estimating or pre-construction experience
Work Environment- Primarily a mixture of office-based with regular job site visits
