Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide range of programmatic and operational activities for two ACGME-accredited residency training programs within the Departments of Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Urology. Working in partnership with the Residency Program Coordinator, this role provides comprehensive support to more than 66 residents and serves as the primary liaison for Program Directors, Site Directors, faculty, and the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office on all residency program matters.

The individual in this role will also join a collaborative Medical Education team of nine members, contributing to a shared mission of supporting medical student, residency, and fellowship programs. Annual Salary Range: $70,900.00 - $145,200.00. Please note, the department's target salary range is $70,900.00 - $85,000.00.

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and web based applications
  • Presents and expresses ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written. Actively listens to what others are saying to achieve understanding. Shares information with others and facilitates the open exchange of ideas and information.
