Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist at UCLA Health, you'll perform advanced computed tomography imaging using advanced technology to help diagnose and treat a wide range of complex medical conditions. Working alongside expert radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams, you'll produce high-quality diagnostic images while delivering compassionate, patient centered care in a fast paced academic medical environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing CT examinations according to established imaging protocols, administering IV contrast, utilizing advanced post-processing and 3D imaging software, maintaining accurate documentation within the Radiology Information System and PACS, and ensuring patient safety through radiation protection, infection control, and exceptional clinical care. You'll collaborate closely with nursing and other clinical teams, monitor patients throughout their exams, and help create a seamless imaging experience from start to finish.

You may be required to rotate across multiple imaging locations staffed by UCLA Health, and participate in on-call, weekend, holiday, and rotating shift coverage.

Salary Range: $55.38 - $73.00/Hourly
