Systems & Automation- Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
- Automate guest communication and operational processes

- Maintain consistency and quality across all properties
Candidate ProfileRequired- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment
