What will you do?

In this role, you are responsible for the following:
  • Release Coordination - Lead end-to-end release processes for the Surveillance portfolio; coordinate deployments across multiple environments for 8+ project teams
  • Stakeholder Management - Serve as primary point of contact for release coordination; align development, QA, production support, and business teams on scope, timing, dependencies, and risks
  • Cross-functional Leadership - Bridge communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure smooth, successful releases
  • User Acceptance Testing - Plan and oversee UAT activities; ensure defects are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently
  • Release Planning & Scheduling - Develop and maintain release schedules and calendars; establish clear cutoff dates for development, QA, and UAT phases
  • Risk & Issue Management - Identify, triage, and monitor risks and blockers; maintain visibility on current and upcoming release health
  • Reporting & Documentation - Produce regular release status reports and maintain comprehensive release documentation; ensure stakeholder alignment on schedules and plans
