What you'll do- Own end-to-end candidate on-site experience, ensuring interviews are organized, high-touch, and logistically seamless.
- Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across our global team and multiple time zones, including high-priority and executive-level searches.
- Manage candidate travel and visit logistics - transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.
- Plan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.
- Partner across Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the candidate experience.
- Own data accuracy and system hygiene across Greenhouse and GoodTime, proactively spotting and fixing inconsistencies before they become problems.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across recruiting operations, identifying inefficiencies and driving fixes end-to-end rather than just flagging them.
- Create travel/event documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes, keeping them current and scalable as the team grows.
What we're looking for- 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles, with demonstrated ownership beyond day-to-day scheduling.

- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms.
- Excellent judgment and composure when troubleshooting escalations, ambiguous situations, or last-minute changes.

- A collaborative and service-minded attitude.
