Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter, Sales/GTM to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Sales/GTM talent to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Sales/GTM roles, and expertise in recruitment strategies.

What you will do:
  • Design and implement the company's sales recruitment strategy in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Partner with our Sales team, Customer Success, Marketing team and leadership to support his growth by finding Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Presales and more.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
  • Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals.
  • Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
  • Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team when they need you and of course they will be there for you!


What are we looking for:

  • Experience in recruiting for Sales/GTM hires within SaaS Software companies, via an agency or in-house recruitment team.
  • An enthusiastic person, strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Familiarity with full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
