Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for large-scale and distributed renewable energy initiatives. This role is essential to our continued expansion, focusing on securing high-quality talent across construction, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, utilizing data-driven insights to fill specialized roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Direct the complete hiring lifecycle for both professional and technical roles, spanning project development, field operations, engineering, and asset management.
  • Specialized Sourcing: Cultivate and sustain high-quality talent pools for challenging, niche roles. Utilize professional networking, industry-specific channels, and direct outreach to engage passive talent-with a specific focus on identifying technicians.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a primary advisor to department heads, providing actionable insights regarding compensation, market dynamics, and competitive hiring timeframes.
  • Manager Coaching: Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, objective evaluation criteria, and consistent selection methodologies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Operational Alignment: Execute high-volume recruitment strategies aligned with aggressive construction timelines for multi-site projects.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, and track key performance indicators to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in passive recruiting for technical/field-based roles.

  • The team currently partners with two external agencies to facilitate growth.
