- Partner with hiring managers through structured intake sessions to define success profiles, hiring strategy, and interview plans aligned to JD Power's Values and ways of working
- Drive active and passive sourcing strategies to build proactive talent pipelines for priority and high-demand skill areas as well as future capability needs
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience that reflects the "One JD Power" standard
- Manage Workday Recruiting with excellence - maintaining data accuracy, requisition hygiene, and reporting integrity throughout every search

- Deliver timely requisition updates, pipeline metrics, and time-to-fill reporting to stakeholders as part of a data-driven TA function
Qualifications of this Role: - Progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, data, analytics, or professional services environments
- Experience recruiting across North America and Europe
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing mid-to-senior level talent in competitive markets - including individual contributors, managers, and senior/VP-level roles
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or equivalent enterprise ATS - strong requisition management and reporting hygiene
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools; builds pipelines proactively, not reactively
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills - able to advise, influence, and build credibility quickly with confidence and data
- Data literacy: comfortable with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and using data to guide hiring decisions and tell the TA story to the business
- Structured interview experience: knowledge of competency-based and Values-aligned interview design
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-moving, evolving environment without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
- Transformation mindset: energized by building, improving, and standardizing - not just executing the status quo
- High accountability: owns outcomes and holds self and partners to a high bar
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and direct - aligned to the JD Power ways of working
The Hiring Manager says: "We're not just filling roles - we're building a talent function. I'm looking for someone who brings structure to every search, who genuinely partners with hiring managers rather than just processing requisitions, and who is energized by the opportunity to help build something better. If you care about the craft of recruiting and want to be part of a team that is raising the bar, this is the role for you."
