Qualifications

• Tech recruitment experience required, along with strong consultative and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings to ascertain position specifications and provide market data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines to deliver strong candidate slates.
• Engage candidates throughout their process with regular updates on their status.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor and develop Recruiters and team members.
