Full Job Description
Are you energized by learning new roles quickly, partnering closely with hiring managers, and helping identify exceptional talent? Do you enjoy understanding complex work and evaluating candidates beyond what's written on a resume?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional talent across the company. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys the craft of recruiting and has helped recruiting teams become more effective through stronger processes, better sourcing strategies, thoughtful use of data, and more scalable recruiting practices.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer development, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct thoughtful recruiter interviews that go beyond qualification screening to assess candidates' ability to explain complex work, communicate clearly, describe their contributions, solve problems, and demonstrate overall teammate potential.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines tailored to the needs of individual roles and teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining a recruiting process that is organized, responsive, and respectful.
  • Use recruiting data, hiring outcomes, and market insights to identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to strengthen recruiting processes, sourcing practices, hiring manager partnerships, reporting, and operational efficiency as we continue to scale our recruiting function.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws and internal policies.


You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Can quickly learn new roles, teams, and business problems to assess candidates effectively across a wide range of functions.
  • Know how to evaluate more than just skills and experience and can identify candidates with strong judgment, communication skills, learning agility, and teammate potential.
  • Have a track record of building or improving recruiting processes, workflows, reporting, or sourcing practices that increase efficiency and support a growing recruiting function.
  • Have used recruiting metrics to identify trends, solve problems, or improve outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and are comfortable influencing others through expertise and credibility.
  • Are comfortable sourcing proactively and adapting your approach based on role requirements and market conditions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and believe that how a company hires reflects its values.
