Senior Provider Consultant (SPC)
Fully remote role
Schedule: Full-TimeHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Your Mission
The Senior Provider Consultant (SPC) serves the best interests of US Physiatry by identifying, recruiting, and securing highly qualified physician providers who support the growth and stability of the company's post-acute rehabilitation footprint. The SPC is responsible for building provider pipelines, cultivating physician relationships, and partnering with business development leadership to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Manage an assigned recruitment territory and develop a comprehensive understanding of its markets, facilities, provider needs, and staffing dynamics.
- Maintain current knowledge of physician openings, market trends, and competitive recruitment activity within assigned regions.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Conduct a minimum of 50 documented candidate contacts daily, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and other approved outreach methods.
- Complete a minimum of 15 phone calls per day.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physician candidates.
- Develop and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates.
Data Management & Reporting
- Document all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce in real time.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, complete, and updated consistently.
- Utilize Salesforce to track progress toward recruitment goals and maintain pipeline visibility.
Recruitment Operations
- Review subscribed sourcing platforms daily, including:
- Doximity
- PracticeMatch
- MedGeo
- DocCafe
- Maintain and manage all active job board postings.
- Audit job boards weekly to ensure postings remain accurate, current, and relevant.
- Assist Regional Directors of Business Development (RDBDs) with:
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate coordination
- Contract negotiations
- Recruitment-related administrative support
Performance & Accountability
- Consistently work toward and achieve goals established by the Regional Director of Business Development and/or Vice President of Business Development.
- Attend all scheduled meetings promptly and be prepared to provide updates on recruitment activity, market intelligence, candidate pipelines, and placement progress.
