ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter - Advanced Manufacturing & Production to join our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) recruiting team. In this role, you will operate as a high-autonomy subject matter expert, driving the talent strategy for Anduril's rapidly scaling production initiatives. You will partner closely with production leaders and executives to define headcount needs, build robust talent pipelines, and close top-tier candidates. This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of strategic advisory and hands-on execution. We are looking for a recruiter who thrives on ownership, excels at solving complex hiring challenges, and is excited to help build a generational company from the ground up.

This is an on-site, full time position that will be located in our Atlanta, GA location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, highly technical roles within the TRS division-including Manufacturing, Quality, and Test Engineering, as well as key leadership positions.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role profiles, align on hiring strategies, and guide them through complex candidate evaluations and offers.
  • Deploy Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute innovative sourcing plans utilizing advanced tools, market intelligence, and networking to engage passive, highly specialized talent.
  • Lead with Data: Leverage recruiting metrics (sourcing conversion, candidate pipelines, offer-accept rates) to diagnose bottlenecks, optimize recruiting cycles, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Process Excellence & Compliance: Serve as a subject matter expert in ATS hygiene and data integrity, ensuring compliance and high-quality reporting to support broader business goals.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a world-class, transparent, and engaging interview experience that reflects Anduril's culture and mission.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring exempt candidates in Production, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Strategic Partnership: Demonstrated ability to influence, advise, and align with senior stakeholders and production leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proven ability to build a narrative using data to solve complex talent bottlenecks and optimize pipelines.
  • High Agency & Ownership: A self-starter mindset with a track record of driving outcomes in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Industry Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing talent landscapes.

US Salary Range

$126,000-$167,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
