About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior RCM Manager to build and scale the operational infrastructure behind our AI-powered revenue cycle platform. You'll lead domestic and offshore billing teams, own performance reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to clients - all while working closely with Product and Engineering to push the boundaries of what our AI can do. This is a hands-on role for someone who builds structure, moves fast, and leads by example.
What You'll Do- Build and scale internal and offshore RCM teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational performance into clear insights and forward-looking recommendations
- For workflows not yet automated, oversee collectors and billers and develop the processes that allow them to work quickly and accurately on customer claims
- Own reporting across leading and lagging indicators - denial rate, first-pass resolution, A/R aging, cost-to-collect, net collection rate - and act on the data
- Monitor AI agent performance across calling, payer portals, and denial workflows; investigate issues and surface trends
- Partner with Product and Engineering to expand AI capabilities, share payer-specific insights, and shape platform features
- Work alongside engineers to interpret workflow data and identify opportunities to layer in automation
What We're Looking For- 7+ years in healthcare RCM, with at least 3 years leading high-functioning teams of 15 or more
- Experience building RCM operations from the ground up - not just running a mature org
- Proven track record managing offshore billing or AR teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with data and engineering teams
- Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to thrive in an early-stage environment
Perks & Benefits- In-person culture at our Flatiron office in NYC with paid lunch and dinner
- Flexible hours and time off
- Gym stipend
- Commuter benefits
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- 401(k) with matching contribution
- Annual offsite
