Graham is actively recruiting a Senior Quality Specialist to support the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager, this role provides leadership and oversight of the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) across a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality processes are effectively planned, executed, and completed on time.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Lead the implementation of the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple Buildings projects, ensuring compliance from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Lead and develop the Quality team, mentoring Coordinators and Specialists while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage Project-Specific Quality Plans, including subcontractor reviews, audits, inspections, and project closeout activities.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and improve quality performance, including tracking KPIs, reporting results, and driving improvements to strengthen the QMS.

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive quality experience supporting large-scale Buildings construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of QMS, Project-Specific Quality Plans, audits, inspections, and KPI tracking.


Compensation
  • Salary Range $100,000 to $120,000 per annum
