About the job you're consideringAs a Quality Manager / Test Automation Lead responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy across SAP S/4HANA and integrated business landscapes. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca with SAP transformation experience and requires strong capabilities to architect end-to-end integration between SAP, Signavio BPM, SAP Cloud ALM, and automated testing frameworks.
Your Role- Define and lead SAP test automation strategy using Tricentis Tosca across S/4HANA and integrated business processes.
- Architect scalable, reusable automation frameworks for end-to-end, regression, and integration testing.
- Design and implement integration between SAP Signavio (process modeling), SAP Cloud ALM (test orchestration), and Tosca (test automation).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, QA, and SAP functional teams to align testing with business processes.
- Establish and govern test data management (provisioning, masking, refresh, synthetic data) to ensure execution readiness.
- Drive quality engineering practices, automation coverage, KPIs, and continuous improvement across testing cycles.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca for SAP and integrated systems.
- Ensure end-to-end process validation across SAP modules and interfacing systems (APIs, middleware, web applications).
- Define and implement best practices for automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and version control.
- Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Lead release readiness activities including test planning, execution, and go/no-go recommendations.
- Support pre-sales and growth initiatives through solutioning, RFP responses, client workshops, and value articulation.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and mentor teams to build automation capabilities, reusable assets, and delivery excellence.
- Evaluate emerging QA tools, AI-driven testing innovations, and SAP testing accelerators.
Your skills and experience- 10+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 5+ years in SAP testing and automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca for automation of SAP (GUI, Fiori, APIs) and non-SAP applications.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and scale automation capability.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with automation frameworks.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and business process testing.
- Experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling and SAP Cloud ALM for test lifecycle management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of test data management strategies and tools.
- Strong SQL/database skills.
- Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, or similar).
- Experience integrating automation into DevOps pipelines.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82.082 - $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
