The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst-Team Lead to develop and manage a contractor leading production process of various products in coordination with project and program leadership at the National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville VA.

This position will develop a production process leveraging the research and exploitation of key data sources to assess capabilities of foreign Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).

You will implement compliance established IC tradecraft requirements, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206, in the development of production pathways supporting all-source assessments, RFIs, briefings, and other products. Production will focus on developing systems technologies, combat environments, concepts of operation, and tactics to develop assessments of intentions and capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign UAV and UAS technologies.

You will also fully inform and ensure discussion advantage across multiple threshold and objective requirements.

Responsibilities:
•Must be well informed of the customers’ intelligence production processes.
•Must have a successful past performance in the development and publishing of UAV/UAS all-source assessments, RFIs, briefings, etc. in compliance with established IC tradecraft requirements, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206.
•Must be capable of performing analysis of data, identifying trends and drawing draft analytic conclusions from the raw and processed data focused on dismounted events.
•Ability to identify and implement future capabilities and effectiveness based on realization and/or incorporation of these technologies; and identify vulnerabilities for exploitation/threat mitigation by US materiel solutions into production cycle.
•Ability to identify and implement the determination of technical omissions, discrepancies, and reliability of all-source material by applying known technical constraints on equipment operation or technology application, and extrapolating from established data on foreign equipment characteristics, foreign research and development (R&D) and production capabilities.
•Increase throughput in analytic and signature modeling work to support historic customer / C-UAS requirements for discovery in current UAS database structure.
•Develop all-source assessments, RFIs, briefings, and data in compliance established IC tradecraft requirements, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206.

Qualifications:

Required:

•MA/MS degree
•10+ years of experience serving technical analytical disciplines on DoD related programs and projects.
•Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
•Ability to develop, implement, and manage a contractor-leading production process.
•Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments that include independent research and technical writing.
•U.S. Military experience is beneficial.
•Significant experience in intelligence analysis and production.
•Must have demonstrated capability producing and publishing analytic assessments.
•Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the client.
