Full Job Description
As a Senior Quality Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions across Slide's insurance platforms. You'll lead testing efforts, identify risks before they impact customers, and partner with business and technology teams to support reliable, efficient releases.
What You'll Do
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Develop and execute risk-based test strategies for applications, enhancements, integrations, and production fixes
  • Create and maintain functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance test coverage
  • Analyze requirements, system behavior, configurations, data, and defects to identify quality risks and gaps
  • Investigate issues, validate fixes, and recommend actions to improve quality and reduce recurring defects
Collaboration & Release Support
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to clarify requirements and support defect resolution
  • Support user acceptance testing through scenario development, demonstrations, testing support, and business sign-offs
  • Communicate testing status, risks, findings, and release recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support release readiness by identifying and escalating quality concerns when appropriate
Continuous Improvement & Mentorship
  • Recommend improvements to testing processes, metrics, documentation, and regression coverage
  • Support test automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and validating results
  • Provide technical guidance, peer reviews, onboarding assistance, and knowledge sharing for Quality Analysts
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
