Job DescriptionW have an immediate opening for a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:
- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
QualificationsRequiredTechnical Skills- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (professional InDesign work experience required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- 5 or more years' experience performing similar services with A/E/C (architecture, engineering, or construction) firms (able to hit the ground running with minimal training).

Additional InformationSalary range: $35-45/hour, depending on qualifications
