Are you an enthusiastic Property Manager who is experienced with a Commercial/ Residential Portfolio and looking for your next challenge in a company where you can grow and develop? If so then wewould like to hear from you!

Compensation
  • $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Completing regular site inspections of properties including vacant units, building common areas and repairing deficiencies promptly.
  • Forecasting operational and capital budgets for properties.
  • Negotiating new leases and monitoring lease expirations, as well as reading, interpreting & preparing lease agreements.
  • Working with real estate agents and brokers
  • Providing leadership and supervision to Residential Managers.
  • Effectively negotiating service contracts.
  • Monitoring the timely collection of rents including necessary follow-up and when required, oversee legal and collection action
  • Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
Qualifications
