Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling
• General knowledge of construction processes and ability to read construction plans
• Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience in Design/Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) environments
• Understanding of delay claims and schedule analysis
• Proven ability to lead planning exercises and motivate teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with field staff, consultants, and clients for accurate scheduling
• Engage with subcontractors for baseline and recovery schedule development
• Identify and communicate schedule risks to relevant stakeholders
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
• Analyze project performance through EVMS and manage schedule variances
• Forecast schedule impacts based on performance
• Utilize cost-loaded schedules for billing purposes
• Monitor schedule progress and document performance using Primavera P6
• Analyze delivery impacts and implement controls against claims
• Participate in training and facilitate sessions for project staff
