About This Role: As the Senior Project/Program Manager in the Applied Analytics team within PO&T IT, you will be pivotal in steering business-facing project delivery for analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. Your role involves translating complex business needs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring cross-functional execution, and driving stakeholder alignment to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will manage risks and dependencies, leading matrixed IT and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions. By partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure continuous improvement and value realization for Applied Analytics capabilities. This position is crucial for advancing our analytics and AI efforts and aligns with the strategic goals of Biogen.

This position is a Hybrid role with expectations of 3 days per week on campus in either Cambridge or RTP. This position can be based in either Cambridge, MA or RTP, NC. The pay range posted encompasses the pay range for both potential work locations. Actual pay will be determined by the selected candidate's work location, as well as relevant experience and qualifications

What You'll Do:
  • Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional Data, Analytics, and AI programs and projects.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering for data and analytics products.
  • Collaborate with IT System Owners and DMA teams on data integration requirements.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding delivery plans, resource coordination, and execution strategies.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $128,000.00-$190,000.00

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
