Senior Project Planner/ Scheduler (Alpharetta, Georgia)- Highway Infrastructure Project-Project: Large-Scale Highway Infrastructure Development

-SummaryThe Senior Project Planner/Scheduler will support planning and scheduling activities on a large-scale linear infrastructure project. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment with construction progress, contractual milestones, and resource planning.
-Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates).
- Perform schedule analysis, critical path identification, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project management teams.
- Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support delay analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master program.
- Monitor productivity and forecast project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.
- Ownership of the schedule for a major project segment valued at approximately $1.5B. Development and maintenance of Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
- Monthly executive schedule presentations.
- Schedule recovery and acceleration planning.
- Risk analysis and schedule forecasting.
- Interface with owner, JV partners, construction managers and project controls teams.
- Support claims, change management and time impact analysis

Requirements-Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in linear projects (Highways Preferred).
- Proven experience managing schedules for projects exceeding $500M and preferably over $1B in construction value.
- Experience supporting executive management and project leadership teams on large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Experience working on major highway, transportation, bridge, heavy civil or design-build infrastructure projects, preferably in the United States.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory or highly preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
- Resource loading, Cost loading, Schedule risk analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies.
- Experience with baseline development, updates, and delay/claims analysis is a plus.
- English level: C1 (Advanced).
