Job Description:

The Senior Project Planner will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects, responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing potential risks, and providing insights to drive decision-making. This individual will serve as a pivotal point of contact for project reporting and planning, contributing to the efficient execution of company objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using designated planning tools.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with planned milestones and project goals.
  • Analyze and identify risks, delays, or challenges that may impact project execution, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and ensure resource availability.
  • Prepare and present accurate project reports, detailing progress, risks, and variances to stakeholders and management.
  • Continuously evaluate scheduling metrics to improve processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to forecast project outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan) : $119,732 -$151,559
