Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Florida or ability to register via reciprocity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam and Revit is advantageous
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Adaptable and self-motivated, willing to learn new tools for virtual collaboration

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Project Manager and technical expert for key projects within the Orlando market
• Collaborate with leadership to explore and implement diverse project delivery methods
• Assist in creating Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and participate in client interviews as needed
• Train, mentor, and guide junior staff in project design and delivery
• Lead project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion while enhancing client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
