Additionally, the Senior Project Manager leads and develops the project staff, ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations. This role is instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, taking the business development lead when necessary, and assembling RFQs and RFPs. Skills & Qualifications• Degree in the field of Construction Science or Engineering are preferred, however not required
• 8-10 years of experience in ground up commercial construction experience in
Sports Facilities, Stadiums, Golf Courses or Fitness Centers• Experience with scheduling software as Primavera & Procore is preferred
• Experience on projects that utilized technologies such as digital plan rooms, BIM or laser scanning
• Preconstruction leadership on potential or negotiated projects
