Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years in project management
• Deep expertise in systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Strong communication skills across all levels including clients and contractors
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects
• Public speaking proficiency
• Proficient in presentation skills and software including CADD and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams for complex and multiple smaller projects
• Facilitate client communication by providing project updates
• Collaborate with management to craft project strategies
• Oversee budgeting, cost projections, and change orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to address project schedules and issues
• Ensure project scope and direction stays on track with stakeholder partnership
• Mentor team members and provide necessary performance feedback
