Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, field supervisors, and regulatory agencies.
- Direct on-site personnel and guide project execution to meet deadlines and stay within financial parameters.
- Proactively identify and address potential delays, cost issues, or other challenges to maintain project stability.
- Evaluate staffing needs and workload requirements to optimize labor efficiency.
- Track key performance metrics related to cost, quality, timelines, and overall project delivery.
- Monitor financial indicators such as revenue, profit margins, billing rates, and resource utilization to inform strategic decisions.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support project success.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a similar field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within commercial, public, or civil construction settings, including tasks like scheduling, budgeting, billing, and resolving operational issues.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., CPM), cost estimation, and document control platforms (e.g., P6).
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in both written and verbal formats.
