Job Description

Find your purpose as a Senior Project Manager with CentraCare's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), leading high-impact initiatives that are transforming rural healthcare across our communities. This grant-funded role will lead complex, cross-functional Rural Health Transformation projects from planning through implementation, partnering with clinical, operational, IS/T, vendor, and external teams to drive successful outcomes. Projects may include technology and system build components requiring coordination of IS/T resources, integrations, workflows, testing, data, and reporting needs. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who excels at bringing diverse teams together, navigating complexity, and turning strategic priorities into successful, sustainable outcomes.

Schedule:
  • Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • Mon-Fri Days
  • Hybrid of at-home and in-office (St. Cloud Hospital) work
  • This grant funded position will have a duration of 5 years with possible extension or possible permanency at end of term.

Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting pay begins at $96,283.20 per year and increases with experience.
  • Salary range: $96,283.20-$144,414.40 per year
    • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, or Project Management discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university or 5 years at a minimum of Project Management experience required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification among hire within 5 Yrs.
  • Solid knowledge of software development and project management methodologies required.
  • Firm understanding of software architecture, development and QA processes.
  • Knowledge of applications and/or infrastructure processes.
  • Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
