This Senior Project Manager position in Global Asset Management which involves managing a variety of projects and programs, spanning business, technology, and operations. Our senior Project Managers are often engaged early in the process, playing an important role from inception to execution of initiatives. This role requires not only strong project delivery expertise, but also exceptional ability to set up projects / programs, build relationships, drive clarity in ambiguity, demonstrate solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking, manage risks and dependencies, and align resources effectively.
What will you do? - Display Project Leadership skills through stakeholder management, team leadership, and management of internal and external dependencies and making informed decisions while navigating ambiguity.
- Excel in Project Delivery by establishing and maintaining effective project routines, KPIs and metrics (including status reporting), project compliance requirements, and ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication that is consistent across the project deliverables.
- Display effective Schedule Management skills using scheduling and estimating tools (e.g. project plans, status reports) to estimate and sequence project tasks, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with desired outcomes.
- Experience in Financial Management through cost estimation within appropriate degrees of confidence, monitoring and controlling of project costs (forecasts, baselines, actuals, and benefits) and the PAR process.
- Demonstrate exceptional Stakeholder Management in a complex business and technology environment.
- Act as a link between Business and Technology and ensure both aspects of any project are speaking the same language and working toward a common goal.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of waterfall projects within an Agile environment, collaborating with Agile squads.
- Demonstrate strong people Organizational Change Management abilities impacting project outcomes across impacted teams and stakeholders.
What do you need to succeed? Must Have- 10+ years of Project and Program Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large complexity projects/programs simultaneously, including those with third-party vendors and external partners, within geographically diverse, matrix environments.
- Understanding of asset management business operations and/or strong commitment to rapidly acquiring this knowledge.
- Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Planview, MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Slido).
- Demonstrated expertise in executive-level stakeholder communication, including presentations, status reporting, and the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations and drive continuous improvement.
Nice to Have- PMP and/or PgMP certification.
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).
- Proven experience managing medium-to-large regulatory or compliance-driven projects/programs.
- Organizational Change Management experience or certification (PROSCI).

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
