Qualifications

• 6-15 years of relevant experience in software implementations, particularly in supply chain environments.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
• Preferred project management certifications like PMP, ITIL, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of driving projects forward.
• Strong IT capabilities alongside organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player who is comfortable collaborating in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations of ORTEC's truck routing solutions.
• Manage multiple software implementation projects for large organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholder levels from end users to executives.
• Guide organizations through changes and provide clear project leadership.
• Track progress, deliverables, financials, forecasts, and risks associated with projects.
• Lead project and steering committee meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and change requests, guiding them through the approval process.
• Coordinate with product, support, and development teams to plan resources effectively.
