Salary: $170,000 and up, depending on qualifications
11 Paid Holidays, sick leave and vacation.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall management of complex, high-visibility projects, a portfolio of tasks, and projects in a busy research communications and publishing office. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and direct coordination with Government Contracting Officers (COs), Technical Representatives (CORs), Task Managers, and Researchers. The manager ensures all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget while managing risk and performance metrics; and ensures that staff are updating the submission and project tracking system to enable customers to see the status of their projects.
Education:
Master's Degree or Bachelors Degree with relevant experience in Business, Marketing/Communications, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams, managing marketing and communications; and supervising the publication of technical information from concept to final product from one-page flyers to 300+ technical reports; presentations; videos; online tours; social media; and other communications collateral. Transportation experience, especially in highway and surface transportation is preferred.
