Senior Project Manager - Restoration Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial loss through final completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing commercial and residential restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration projects from emergency response through final completion.
  • Oversee commercial and residential restoration jobs including water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects.
  • Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets.
  • Utilize Xactimate to prepare accurate estimates and supplements.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment resources.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability.
  • Maintain strong communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
