Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 10+ years of experience on projects of $50M+ or in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, or mission-critical construction
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles and practices
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractors
• Proven leadership skills in developing and mentoring a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project Chart of Accounts in collaboration with Project Director and Estimating
• Create detailed Project Contract status reports
• Coordinate site logistics plans with Project Superintendent
• Maintain knowledge of McCarthy/Owner contract provisions
• Oversee the pay request and project cost management processes
• Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports
• Implement training programs for all project personnel
• Lead quality assurance processes for the project
• Foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to uphold core values
• Lead project close-out activities.
