What You9ll Do Project Planning 3 Partner with estimating, project management, and operations leadership to break down complex hyperscale data center projects into clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables. 3 Support the creation and structure of work packages aligned with field workflows and execution strategies. 3 Provide scheduling guidance during project pursuit, planning, and execution phases. Schedule Development 3 Build and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject. 3 Define activity sequencing, dependencies, and duration based on scope, drawings, and project leadership input. 3 Establish schedule baselines in partnership with project leadership. 3 Develop and oversee multiple project schedules simultaneously across large-scale data center programs. Critical Path & Schedule Analysis 3 Identify, maintain, and communicate the critical path and near-critical paths. 3 Develop custom reports and schedule views that highlight risks and impacts. 3 Provide strategic schedule recommendations to project leadership and clients. Resource Allocation 3 Coordinate labor, equipment, and material needs to optimize availability and utilization. 3 Identify constraints and recommend adjustments that keep work on track. Progress Tracking & Reporting 3 Monitor schedule performance against the baseline and analyze variances. 3 Deliver updates, look-aheads, and recovery recommendations. 3 Support earned value analysis when applicable. 3 Present schedule status, forecasts, and recovery plans to senior leadership and client stakeholders. Risk Management 3 Identify schedule risks including long-lead materials, design changes, subcontractor delays, weather impacts, and procurement impacts. 3 Build mitigation strategies and integrate contingency plans. 3 Work with project leadership to develop what-if scenario planning. Leadership & Mentorship 3 Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert for assigned projects. 3 Mentor and provide guidance to Project Schedulers and project teams on scheduling best practices. 3 Support the continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and processes across the organization. Collaboration & Communication 3 Work closely with project managers, engineers, programmers, field leaders, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment. 3 Lead schedule review meetings and support timely issue resolution. 3 Collaborate directly with owners and trade partners to ensure schedule alignment across all phases of construction. Software Utilization 3 Maintain advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including resource loading, WBS structuring, baselining, and quality checks. 3 Ensure schedule quality meets company and industry standards. What We9re Looking For 3 Bachelor9s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3 7+ years of construction scheduling experience, with at least 5 years utilizing Primavera P6. 3 Experience scheduling large industrial, mission critical, or hyperscale data center projects strongly preferred. 3 Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. 3 Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and schedule recovery planning. 3 Industrial construction and/or MEP experience strongly preferred. 3 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 3 Understanding of construction methods, industrial processes, and project execution. Travel & Location 3 Travel up to 50%, depending on project needs. 3 May be based in Tulsa, OK | Omaha, NE | Sioux Center, IA | Sioux Falls, SD. 3 Remote considered with preference given to candidates near an Interstates office.
