Responsible for overseeing and managing complex construction projects through planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Essential Functions
-Collaborate with hospital leadership, architects, and engineering teams to develop project plans and designs that align with the hospital's strategic goals.
-Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
-Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement processes, and contract negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
-Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
-Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
-Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hospital administrators, department heads, and staff, to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
-Evaluate change requests and modifications to project plans, specifications, or scope.

Bachelor's Degree Construction Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build productive relationships.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations, such as infection control and patient safety.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and environmental considerations.
