• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple concurrent data center builds, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and uphold detailed execution plans for phased build-outs in operational environments.
• Manage all project-related commercial aspects, including purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Oversee project governance practices, ensuring timely status reporting and risk management.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to prevent project delays and maintain critical schedules.
• Ensure high-quality project handover by maintaining thorough document control and turnover documentation.
