Senior Project Manager/Team Leader to join our
Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) national practice. This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will include delivering major programs and building the Advance Manufacturing portfolio in Texas.

Your ImpactAs a
Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution and process-driven facilities from pursuit, through closeout, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets.
Responsibilities- Lead and capture critical pursuits, developing and executing winning strategies that expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and position WSP for long-term growth in the region and targeted end market.
- Build and manage a sustainable book of business balancing business development, client management, and project delivery responsibilities while mentoring other PMs in account growth and client development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are met
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and staffing
- Financial performance management for both projects and teams
- Lead proposal development, interview preparation, client presentations, and contract negotiations for strategic opportunities, serving as a key contributor to pursuit and capture planning
- Anticipate and mitigate project issues and risks while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with WSP standards
- Mentor, coach, and develop project managers and technical leaders, strengthening the organization's project delivery capabilities and creating the next generation of client-facing leaders
- Collaborate closely with regional and national ICoE leadership
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects
- Proven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams including direct and indirect reporting team members and partners.
- Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems
- Experienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects including new construction, facility and system upgrades, and facility retrofits
- Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
- Skilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contracts
- PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required
Preferred Experience- Advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities project experience
- Experience working with large, complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with design-build or alternative delivery methods
