The Opportunity

As a Proposal Coordinator, you'll partner with technical experts, project managers, and pursuit teams to deliver compelling, high-quality proposals that showcase WSP's expertise and help win impactful projects.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of proposal submissions from kick-off through final submission.
  • Drive proposal schedules, review cycles, and compliance requirements to ensure successful and timely submissions.
  • Develop proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, qualifications, resumes, and response matrices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create clear, consistent, and compelling proposal narratives.
  • Partner with visual communication specialists to integrate graphics that strengthen proposed solutions and client messaging.
  • Maintain proposal records, databases, and knowledge management systems to support continuous improvement and future pursuits.
  • Contribute to pursuit strategy discussions and help position WSP for success on complex transportation and infrastructure opportunities.
  • Support a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous learning while building your career within a national proposals team.


The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal development, business development support, marketing coordination, or a related environment.
  • Experience supporting pursuits within engineering consulting, professional services, architecture, or similar industries is considered an asset.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into compelling client-focused content.
  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint Online.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.


Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
