Senior Project Manager, Imaging - Remote, US

The Sr. Project Manager is the main point of contact for customers on all assigned projects and acts as the lead on a clinical trial. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing timelines, deliverables and resources, liaise with the appropriate staff to complete work as detailed in the sponsor contract, and to effectively communicate project status and risks with all internal and external stakeholders. This position will coordinate cross-functional activities of internal resources to ensure quality and on-time project deliverables are met. Sr. Project Managers are responsible for maintaining the proper project documentation and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for revenue forecasting, tracking and submittal and will also update budgets and contracts as necessary. The Sr. Project Manager is expected to act with little to no oversight by management and will actively participate in both departmental and company-wide process improvement initiatives, and in a manner that generates a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition to these Project Management responsibilities listed, the Sr. Project Manager is a Senior Level position and may be asked to work as a trainer for incoming Project Managers or Project Managers with identified training needs.

  • Developing and executing project plans for imaging, focusing on achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of imaging activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Driving the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management strategies.
  • Contributing to organizational growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning.

Your Profile:
  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management and imaging, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective project strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
